CHRISTMAS CONTEST WINNERS


Hey people,

I believe this is the moment you've been waiting for! But first, me and *HaganeNoChibiSan would like to thank everyone who participated in that contest and a big lovable hug to all of my friends on DA who helped me promote this wonderful event. We would have never dreamed that this would had become THIS SUCCESSFUL! Incredible!

Everyone put their hear and soul and from that point, you are all winners on this level as you reflected and represent proudly through this contest what was an artist.

It took us 6 LONG HOURS to judge all of them and it wasn't easy, but just so you know, each entry was a Christmas gift for us and we thank you from the both of our hearts for participating and also... for having fun in it!

1ST PLACE (150$ USD)
"To Protect Christmas" by

Among all of the entries we've received, this was the only one who successfully mixed a fighting theme within a Christmas-related picture and the result is beyond amazement! Blazing colors, wild expressions and lots of impacts in each correct of the whole set. Divine!

2ND PLACE (75$ USD)
"My Santa Claus" by

An outsanding work! The romantic atmosphere around Tairo and Sanya is almost touchable and the addition of comic relief completes it so well. And the background is wonderful, well-detailed and there is this softness in its colors that makes it fairy-like.

3RD PLACE (24-Month Premium)
"Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays" by

This piece is the definition of what Christmas was about: having fun with family and friends! The colors are very festive and delicious to see and the artist made an excellent job at illustrating the characters' personalities through their facial expressions. If I have a HEART OF WILDFIRE calender, I'd expect to see this sort of picture in the month of December.

4TH PLACE (12-Month Premium)
"Key to your soul" by

A very lovely and magical piece. The two characters are outside enjoying a good time, and yet it is impossible not to feel the warmth that these two express in this picture. The environment is done with so much perfection in their details that you have no choice to be sucked in and feel that Christmas spirit from it. And to top it all, a beautiful song was shared to us through this art inspired by it. Wonderful!

5TH PLACE (1500 points)
"Christmas Craze" by

Through this picture, the artist proves that the word "Christmas" meant the same thing as "Good and warm at home with family." The characters and their shown personalities is loyal and true to themselves as if this drawing's artist was the creator of H.O.W. The colors are very dynamic and vivid, yet warm and very welcoming. Any viewer seeing this would envy this kind of Christmas right on the spot.

Nothing described a quiet wall in the snow between lovers than this magnificent piece.

It's always cool to spend time in moments like these. Being shown such moments with fine details and vibran colors warms our hearts.


"H.O.W. Christmas" by

A very unique piece, indeed. If this could be made as a painting, it would sell a lot!


"Christmas Eve, waiting for Santa" by

It is not understandable how much details was put in it, but the result is without a shadow of a doubt sensational!


"Present time" by

One of the most beautiful gifts you can have for Christmas is the smile a beautiful and charming young woman. On this picture, I was more than pleased!
